                                                  NO OTHER SPICES NEEDED!

This is the most delicious combination to be enjoyed at any gathering!

Ingredients:

Salmon Filet Cut to desire! About 1 to 1 1/2 inch thick should be an ideal thickness
Hannah Torshi Salsa (Puree in a blender)
Honey (Clover Honey is the most suitable)
Olive Oil
Salt to desired taste.

Proportions and weight!
Depending on the weight and number of Salmon filets, the glaze should be prepared to cover over the Salmon filets!

1 cup/ proportion of pureed Hannah Torshi Salsa to 1/3 cup/ proportion of Clover Honey as well as 1/4 proportion of Olive Oil or a little less! More or less depending on amount of Salmon being used, or amount of glaze desired.
This should make a very desirable taste and mixture for the glaze!
However the sweetness and tanginess of this depends on your individual taste, you can adjust this by tasting the mixture before glazing your Salmon Filets.
Directions:
Cut Your Salmon filets to desired thickness. Place in a baking pan if you plan to bake! Mix the puree Hannah , Honey and Olive oil together in a bowl .
Make sure you have a little olive oil or Non GMO canola oil or good vegetable oil at the bottom of your pan so the Salmon doesn’t stick to the bottom!
Glaze the Salmon Filets generously with the mixture, sprinkle salt to desire! ( Not too much salt), more salt can be added according to individual taste while eating. Place the pan in the center of the preheated oven at 375 for about 7 to 8 min. to get a golden crisp glaze color, place the pan in the upper rack and change the oven setting to broil and broil for about 2 to 3 min, or until the desired color is achieved! Please make sure not to over cook the Salmon!
Remove the pan from the oven. Let it rest for about 3 to 5 min. and serve the most delicious Salmon dish to your self and loved ones!
Can be served with rice, potatoes, and salad of your choice!
Enjoy!
