       Creamy Chicken Soup with Hannah

​​No Other Spices Needed

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 35 to 40 min. Serves: 4 to 5 People

1/2 Cup of Hannah Torshi Salsa
2 tablespoons good Canola oil (Non GMO Preferred) or Olive Oil
Approx 8 to 9 oz of diced skinless / boneless chicken breast! Diced to small 1/2 inch cubes. One average chicken breast should do the job!
1 cup of 1/2" diced potatoes
1 cup of 1/2'"diced carrots
1 cup of 1/2" diced fresh Mushrooms
1 cup of 1/2" Cut Broccoli
1 cup of Water
2 cups of Milk
1 cup of half & half
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon corn starch
Parmesan cheese, mild Cheddar cheese
Cilantro or parsley for garnish

Place the Hannah Torshi Salsa and oil in a small blender and puree. Place the content in a small stock pot, add the chicken. Salt and sauté a little, add potato, carrots, mushrooms and broccoli and salt and sauté a little more! Add water and simmer for about 7 to 10 min., very low heat.
Wisk the corn starch in the milk and add to the content, simmer the same for another 10 to 15 min. or until you feel the components are cooked to your liking!
Add the half & half simmer for a couple of min., and your delicious soup is ready to be served!
Place in a bowl, add the cheese of your choice and parsley or cilantro for garnishment and enjoy! Serve with any crackers of your choice or bread.
