BRUSCHETTA with HANNAH
Prep Time: 10 min
1 Large Tomato
(Roma tomatoes are crunchier so they can keep longer)
1 TBS Hannah Salsa
1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sliced Mozzarella, Provolone, Swiss, or other cheese of your choice.
Baguettes, French or Italian bread sliced to ¾ to 1 inch thick.
A little salt if desired.
Increase recipe for desired amount.
Dice tomato to ½ to ¾ inch cubes.
Mix Hannah (Puree in blender if desired, but not necessary) and Olive Oil, add to the tomatoes, taste and if desired add a little salt to the mixture.
Cut the bread, place in the oven (Broil) and toast on both sides. Place the sliced cheese over the toast, add the Bruschetta over it. Add a little dry or fresh basil or parsley for garnishment and enjoy!
You don’t need to spend $$$$$. This is the most delicious Bruschetta ever!
